1-for-1 Exchange for Dead On Arrival (DOA) products within 3 days from receipt of product.

Returns

We do not accept return for opened products. All servicing and warranty claims are to be directed to respective manufacturer

Local Pickup

Meeting point could be arranged after payment at any MRT Stations.

Refunds

No Refunds will be allowed. Customer will be given vouchers of equivalent value for purchases at Solution@IT Store.
